Monica Ragusa

Monica Ragusa is an experienced Project Coordinator at Kluber Architects + Engineers since March 2021, with a diverse background in higher education administration. Prior to this role, Monica served at Benedictine University from July 2012 to March 2021 in various positions, including Assistant Director of Co-Curricular Learning and Leadership Development, Assistant Director of Residence Education and Community Development, and Area Coordinator. Earlier experience includes the role of Residence Life Coordinator at Lewis University from January 2011 to July 2012 and Head Resident at Monmouth College from August 2007 to May 2009. Monica holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Monmouth College (2005-2009), along with a high school diploma from Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School (2001-2005).
