Dylan Bednarski

Dylan Bednarski is an experienced chemist currently serving as an Associate Chemist at Klüber Lubrication since June 2023, where responsibilities include troubleshooting chemical issues in the Quality Control lab, identifying product patterns, and participating in a global troubleshooting team. In previous roles, Dylan completed a Research and Development internship at Momentive, focusing on the synthesis of silicone polymers and conducting tests on their properties, as well as a position as a Process Waste Technician at Veolia, ensuring safe disposal of hazardous waste. Dylan's research experience at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute involved interpreting academic literature and utilizing protein modeling software. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Florida, Dylan holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Dylan is certified as a Lean white belt and Lean Leader, with a strong emphasis on implementing efficient workflows.
