Francis Debal

Francis Debal has extensive experience in the lubricants industry, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer of the European Production Network at Klüber Lubrication since April 2013 and participating as a member of the Regional Management Boards for Europe East and Europe South. Prior to this role, Francis held various positions at BP Lubricants, including General Manager of Global Supply Chain, Plant Manager, and Production Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing production, maintenance activities, and capital expenditure projects. Earlier experience includes roles as Head of Production Scheduling & Planning and Production Engineer, focusing on production planning and major investment projects. Francis began a career at McBride as a Process Engineer and holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
