Justin West

Justin West is the current People Coordinator at Klue. Prior to this, they worked as an International Placement Coordinator / Advisor at Adventure Teaching. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic management of the company's international expansion efforts, as well as training and development of new employees. Justin also handled all communications with international partners and clients, and was responsible for successfully facilitating international recruitment. Justin is skilled in cross-cultural communication and has a proven track record of successful conflict resolution.

Justin West reports to Elena Smith, Interim VP, People. Justin West works with Simran Bahia - People Business Partner, Lauren MacKay - Talent Acquisition Manager, and Alex Fraser - Talent Acquisition Manager.
