Marika Karibova is a Customer Success Analyst at Klue. Prior to their current role, they were a Project Analyst at the Centre for Operations Excellence (COE), where they applied simulation modelling to deliver optimal solutions to clients in the shipping industry.
Before their time at the COE, Marika was an EcoStruxure IoT Project Coordinator at Schneider Electric. In this role, they collaborated with EcoX leaders to build a monitoring process for IoT domains and designed a united business review framework. Marika also conducted training seminars for CIS sales teams and followed up with IT and Strategy teams in France and the United States.
Marika has a passion for data analytics and helping others succeed. Marika is excited to continue their career at Klue and help customers achieve their goals.
Marika Karibova has a Master's degree in Business Analytics from UBC Sauder School of Business, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the New Economic School, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Marika also has a Business Administration degree from New York University. In addition, they have completed extended business education in Business and Social Skills at Changellenge Summer School and Economics & Finance at Solvay Brussels School. Finally, they have a certification from SAS in Cortex Participant.
They work with Deseree Aune - Customer Success Analyst, Sam Pessa - Customer Success Analyst, and Alex Organ - Manager, Customer Success. Their manager is Adam Houghton, VP Customer Success.
