Sam Pessa is currently a Customer Success Analyst at Klue. Prior to that, they worked as a Bar Back, Expediter, and Server Assistant at Boom + Batten from May 2019 to January 2020. Before that, they were a Sales Associate at GNC from April 2017 to October 2017.
In their role at Boom + Batten, Sam organized cooperation between the back and front of house, managed kitchen bill times and food orders, and ensured smooth bar operations by attending to customer needs. As a Sales Associate at GNC, Sam made product recommendations and assisted customers while working in a commission-based sales environment. They also managed the opening/closing of the store, nightly safety deposits, and daily accounting of cashflows.
Sam Pessa studied economics at the University of Victoria and Shanghai Community International School - Pudong Campus. Sam also studied fine arts, mathematics, sports science, English literature, and theory of knowledge.
