Sinziana Chis

Sinziana Chis is a Controller at Klue. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cansel from April 2017 to January 2020. In their role at Cansel, they were responsible for the full cycle recruitment for a nation-wide company with 22 locations. This included working with candidates, managers, C-suite, and other internal decision-makers.

Sinziana values creating a positive experience for all candidates and new employees. Her goal is to ensure that candidates have an efficient application process and that they communicate throughout providing them with status updates. The communication doesn’t stop there. Once candidates are hired, they know they can call their team or their for anything! Sinziana is dedicated to supporting new hires and ensuring their first few weeks at Cansel are smooth sailing.

Sinziana Chis graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Sinziana also has certification from the Coaching Association of Canada in Make Ethical Decisions and NCCP Artistic Gymnastics - Level 1, as well as certification from Gymnastics Canada Gymnastique in Respect in Sport.
