Danielle Hunter

Danielle Hunter serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at KLX Energy Services since February 2024 and holds the position of President at Berry Corporation since January 2020, overseeing Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Health, Safety and Environmental, Internal Audit, and IT functions. Previously, Danielle Hunter spent over eight years at C&J Energy Services, initially as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, and then as Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, where responsibilities included significant corporate transformations, acquisitions, and governance improvements. Earlier roles included Vice President of Corporate & Compliance at C&J Energy Services Inc., Associate at Vinson & Elkins, and Judicial Clerk at the US District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. Danielle Hunter earned a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School.
