James Gray

James (Jim) Gray has worked in the construction industry since 1991. James (Jim) began their career as an Area Construction Manager, Quality Control, and Customer Service Manager for Centex Homes in Atlanta, GA. In 2004, they became the Construction Manager of a mixed use neighborhood for Hedgewood Properties. In 2007, they became Co-Owner of Atlantic Coast Construction Management Services, LLC. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Owner Builder for Graycontracting/JWI LLC. James (Jim) then moved on to Ryland Homes (now CalAtlantic Homes) as a Building Supervisor from 2013 to 2014. Finally, from 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Project Manager for John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods and an Area Manager and Builder for KM Homes.

James (Jim) Gray obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University between 1987 and 1991. In 1991, they obtained a Certified by Georgia Soil and Water, International Code Certification, Earth Craft Certified, Mold Remediation, and OSHA Certified. In 2007, they obtained a Georgia State Builder License Residential and Light Commercial from the State of Georgia.
