Erin Finelli, PHR and SHRM-CP

Erin Finelli, PHR and SHRM-CP, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Erin currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at BankProv since November 2021. Prior to this, Erin worked as a Human Resources Consultant at KMA Human Resources Consulting starting from September 2020.

Before transitioning into consulting, Erin was a self-employed HR Professional, working as a consultant. During this time, they were involved in the development of nanofluidic approaches for Genturi, a company dedicated to DNA molecule analysis. Erin also worked for Mitralign Inc.

In their earlier career, Erin held the position of Vice President and Manager of Human Resources at Capital Crossing Servicing Company LLC from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Generalist at Lehman Brothers from 2007 to 2009.

Erin's work experience also includes serving as an Account Manager at Project Adventure, Inc. from 2004 to 2007 and Assistant Office Manager at Gerrity Stone from 2002 to 2004. Throughout their career, Erin has gained valuable expertise in various aspects of human resources management and consulting.

Erin Finelli, PHR and SHRM-CP, has a solid education history. Erin holds a B.A. in Economics & Psychology from Wheaton College Massachusetts. Additionally, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management at Northeastern University. In terms of certifications, Erin achieved the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute in December 2010. Furthermore, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential in 2015 from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
