Nicole Craig

Nicole Craig, CHRL, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre since September 2025. Prior to this role, Nicole held multiple positions at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services from November 2020 to September 2025, including Senior Human Resources Consultant, Labour Relations Consultant, and Human Resources Consultant. Earlier experience includes roles at Woodbine Entertainment as People Relations Manager and Labour Relations Advisor, and at Cascades Containerboard Packaging as Human Resources Manager on the Succession Team. Nicole's career began at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce as a Carnet & Document Certification Representative and included earlier administrative roles at the Ministry of the Attorney General and Ontario Place. Nicole holds a Human Resources Management Certificate with Honours from Ryerson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
