Gina Hayes has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Gina started their career as a Senior Staffing Consultant and Recruiter at Daniel Roberts, where they managed full life cycle recruitment processes and was responsible for business development and recruiting practices. Gina then joined jobg8.com as a Client Manager, where they focused on North American business development. After that, they worked at Naviga Recruiting and Executive Search as a Senior Recruiter, specializing in sales and executive placement. Gina then joined KMA Human Resources Consulting as a Recruitment Consultant, partnering with Maine businesses to provide recruiting services and customized strategies. Gina eventually became a Senior Recruitment Consultant and later the Recruiting Services Manager at KMA, leading internal process and training activities for the recruiting team. Throughout their career, Gina has demonstrated expertise in recruiting, onboarding, process improvement, and providing client support.
