Allie Smitheram is a seasoned professional in service and user experience design, currently serving as a Service Designer - Innovation at Kmart Australia Limited since May 2023, where projects have achieved over $10 million in EBIT with an 80% innovation rate. Previously, at LaunchGood from March 2021 to January 2023, Allie played a crucial role in founding the UX team and led the redesign of a multi-channel support system while ensuring compliance with AML frameworks.
