Brian Hemmes

Brian Hemmes has extensive work experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project management. Brian is currently the owner of Infinite Skyline Management, Inc., a position they have held since March 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at KMB Design Group, LLC starting in July 2014.

Before moving to these roles, Brian served as a Project Manager at Bechtel Corporation from May 2011 to May 2014, where they worked on AT&T's LTE/4G upgrade in the New York market. Brian was responsible for coordinating site meetings, working closely with engineering and general contractors, and ensuring the project's practicality and compliance with client requirements.

Brian also worked as a Construction Manager at Northtech Management from September 2009 to May 2011, where they managed projects for T-Mobile in NJ and NYC. Brian attended site design visits, reviewed plans, and collaborated with design firms to ensure project constructability.

Prior to that, they held positions such as Office/Project Manager at FCArchitects, Inc from May 2008 to September 2009, where they oversaw the project management for Metro PCS. Brian was responsible for all aspects of the project designs, from site design visits to final inspections, as well as obtaining necessary building permits and approvals.

Brian also worked as a Project Manager at Innovative Engineering, Inc from February 2004 to March 2008, where they managed projects for T-Mobile in New Jersey and Long Island, as well as other carriers such as AT&T, Nextel, Verizon, and Sprint. During this time, they handled all aspects of project design, from initial site visits to final inspections.

Earlier in their career, Brian worked as a Project Manager/Estimator at The Cherokee 8A Group from June 2003 to February 2004, managing government projects and bidding on various projects. Brian also worked at NorthEast/Remsco Construction from March 2000 to May 2003, where their responsibilities included take-offs/estimates, budget preparation and control, purchasing, scheduling, and coordination between subcontractors, owners, and engineers.

Brian's experience also includes working as a Design Engineer at D.W. Smith Associates from January 1999 to March 2000, where they were involved in permit applications, drainage/sewer designs, quantity take-offs, and site grading. Brian began their career as a Project Manager/Estimator at Caruso Excavating from May 1997 to January 1999, where they were responsible for take-offs/estimates, purchasing, scheduling, and coordination among subcontractors, owners, and engineers.

Overall, Brian Hemmes has over two decades of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in project management and a focus on delivering successful construction projects.

Brian Hemmes attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and obtained a degree in Civil Engineering Technology (CET) in 1997.
