With a background in HR and extensive experience in various companies such as the Royal New Zealand Navy, Kathmandu, and Fletcher Building, Mason has demonstrated expertise in leading Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Organization Development. With a Master's Degree in Anthropology and Sociology from the University of Canterbury, Mason Tolerton brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current role.
