Anna Smolen

Anna Smolen has over 18 years of experience in HR roles. Anna is currently the Head of Employee Support & Compensation, Legal (Operations Manager) at KMD Poland since October 2019. Prior to that, they were the Head of Department, HR at KMD Poland from May 2016 to October 2019. Before joining KMD Poland, Anna worked at EMC for 10 years, starting as an HR Assistant, Specialist at Weibulls Poland from January 2002 to October 2004. Anna then moved to Reckitt Benckiser as an HR Specialist (Poland, Baltics) from October 2004 to May 2006. At EMC, Anna held various positions including HR Generalist from May 2006 to December 2007, HR Operations Manager from January 2008 to January 2011, and HR Manager Poland & Czech from January 2011 to April 2016.

Anna Smolen received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Kozminski University in 2013 through the Executive Master of Business Administration Program. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in HR from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in 2002.
