Laura Gormsen is an experienced Project Director and Senior Project Manager at KMD, specializing in managing large IT projects and leading the development of KMD Elements, a cloud-based software solution for the energy and utility market. Laura has a solid track record in project management, having started in KMD's graduate program and achieved certifications in PRINCE2, Project Portfolio Management, and software testing.
