Monika Bednarz is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and HR management, currently serving as a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Partner at KMD since May 2025. With extensive experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, Monika has effectively partnered with hiring managers and HR teams to streamline hiring for IT positions across various sectors including Cloud, Cyber, AI, and Data. Prior roles include HR Generalist & Recruitment at Buckman, Global Talent Acquisition Manager at EXANTE, and HR Business Partner at Ingram Micro, among others, where Monika has demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, process improvement, employee engagement, and organizational culture development.
