Natalie Benard is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various aspects of legal counsel, particularly in contract negotiation, compliance, and risk management. Currently serving as the Head of Legal Counsel at KMD, Natalie has previously held positions as Senior Legal Counsel at KMD and Legal Counsel at EY and DTU - Technical University of Denmark. Natalie possesses a strong background in international and national contract reviewing, GDPR compliance, and policy development, supported by a solid educational foundation with multiple law degrees from the University of Copenhagen and UNSW. With expertise in IPR Law, IT Law, Corporation Law, and other legal domains, Natalie has contributed to process optimization and has actively participated in cross-border GDPR initiatives and compliance projects.
