Kristy Welch

Kristy Welch, CAM, NALP, has an extensive background in property management, currently serving as Community Manager at KMG Prestige since January 2009. Additionally, Kristy has been actively involved with the Property Management Association of Mid Michigan since January 2010, taking on roles as a Board Member and President. Previous experience includes positions as Property Manager at Madison Property Management from February 2007 to June 2008 and as a Leasing Agent at DTN Management from June 2006 to February 2007. Kristy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Cornerstone University (2011-2013) and a certification as a Medical/Clinical Assistant from Ross Medical Education Center-Lansing (2003).
