Alfred Horton (Roy)

Alfred 'Roy' Horton, CCM, serves as a Construction Manager at KMI International, Inc. since January 2019, where responsibilities include providing field inspection services for the Canaveral Port Authority during the construction of Cruise Terminal 3 and associated facilities. Previously, Horton held the position of Superintendent at JCQ SERVICES, Inc. from December 2010 to December 2018, supervising crews for various construction activities within theme parks and resorts. Additional experience includes roles as Project Manager at Artistic General Contracting and Superintendent in the Special Projects Division at PCL Construction Services, a leading General Contractor. Having served in the United States Air Force as Topside Team Chief of the Missile Maintenance Team from April 1989 to July 1996, Horton possesses a solid foundation in industrial electricity and electronic principles, with an Associate's degree from Danville Community College.
