Julie Hallford has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Julie started their career as a Retail Store Manager at FranklinCovey, where they effectively managed inventory, personnel, operations, and customer relations. Julie then worked at Verizon Logistics as an Account Representative/Customer Service, where they handled inquiries for order and exception management, provided ad hoc reports, and served as the after-hours contact for emergency support. Julie then joined Exide Technologies as an Account Representative, where they managed all aspects of order management for industrial batteries and provided ad hoc reporting using JD Edwards. Julie later joined "Team Alliance" a division of KMM as a Customer Alliance Manager, focusing on capturing areas of process improvements and driving improvements in supply chain processes. Currently, they serve as the Director of Integrated Customer Solutions at KMM Logistics and Network Services, overseeing order management activities, special projects, and serving as a single point of contact for customers.
Julie Hallford attended Western Carolina University from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and International Business.
