Kelly Graveline

Kelly Graveline is the CEO and Founder of KMRG, LLC, where responsibilities include setting organizational strategy and fostering a culture of innovation. Graveline has a robust background in strategic communications and leadership roles across various firms, including Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Associate and as a Senior Communications Editor at both Lockheed Martin and Information Management Group, Inc. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at INTERMIX Consulting Group, LLC, and INTREPICS, along with roles in corporate development and project management. Graveline holds an M.P.S. in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Government and International Politics from George Mason University. Advocating for woman-owned entrepreneurship and public sector innovation is a key focus of Graveline's work.
