Shani Ganon

Shani Ganon is the Head of Human Resources at KMS Lighthouse, where Shani manages a global HR team and oversees various HR aspects worldwide. With a background in Psychology and degrees in Counseling Education and Project Management, Shani has held HR roles at various companies such as Australian Food & Fibre, Galmed Pharmaceuticals Ltd., and SalesTech. In their current role, Shani provides coaching, feedback, and guidance to business leaders, supports the entire employee lifecycle, and leads initiatives related to employee engagement, talent management, and training and development.
