Rick Kimball

Rick Kimball is an experienced operations and materials management professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and production supervision. Currently serving as Site Manager, Operations Manager, and Materials Manager at Knapheide since January 2017, Rick previously held multiple materials management roles at IMA / Lear Corporation from August 1997 to December 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing a daily releasing system for General Motors. Prior to this, Rick worked as Production Supervisor at SSI Technologies from September 1992 to August 1997, managing production lines and supervising teams. Rick's career began in the US Navy, where as a Production Control Supervisor, notable achievements included receiving the Navy Achievement Medal and managing personnel in maintenance operations while being honorably discharged as an E-5.
