Endi Glavinić

Endi Glavinić is an experienced IT project manager and managing director with a diverse background in software development, business management, and mentoring. Currently serving as IT Project Manager / Software Content Owner at KNAPP since March 2023, Endi is responsible for leading stakeholder management and ensuring successful project delivery within the Software Realization Process. In addition, Endi has been the Managing Director at DOEN International since May 2015, overseeing company operations and B2B channels. Previous roles include Computer Operations and Support Manager at Palco & Nutrifit, Account Manager at Palco d.o.o., and Business Mentor at Akcelerator za društvene poduzetnike. Endi also has a strong educational foundation, currently pursuing an MBA in Big Data and Business Intelligence while holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Juraj Dobrila University of Pula.
