Gernot Augustin

Gernot Augustin currently serves as the Global Human Resources Business Partner at KNAPP since April 2022 and has held various teaching positions at Campus02, Universität Graz, and FH Joanneum since October 2001. Previous experience includes roles such as Group Head of Human Resources at JCL Logistics, Group HRM Components & Head of PD&T at Magna Seating Europe, and Director of Human Resources at Magna Steyr Fuel Systems. Gernot's earlier positions also include Human Resources Manager at Magna Presstec, and Personalleiter at Albin Sorger GmbH & Co KG, focusing on recruiting, marketing, and development. In addition to extensive professional experience, Gernot holds multiple degrees from the University of Graz in Human Resources Management and General Mathematics, and has studied Technische Mathematik at Technische Universität Graz.
