Crystal Koch

Crystal Koch is an experienced Electronic Data Interchange Specialist currently at Knauf North America, managing and monitoring EDI systems since April 2025. Prior to this role, Crystal served as an EDI Analyst at Alen® from November 2018 to April 2025, where responsibilities included ensuring the continuous operation of EDI systems and addressing processing issues.
