Gina Max

Gina Max has over two decades of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management and diversity. Gina has held various leadership positions at USG, including Senior Director, Talent Management and Diversity, Director, Talent Management and Diversity, and Senior Manager, Talent Management. In these roles, they have been responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion. Gina also has experience in organization design, performance management, and safety and health programs. Prior to their time at USG, they worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at L&W Supply and as a Human Resources Manager at U.S. Gypsum Company. Gina is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Knauf Insulation North America.

Gina Max received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology and Business from Penn State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Gina later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at Capella University, completing their studies from 2006 to 2008. In addition, Gina has obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from SHRM, although the specific date of completion is unknown.
