Hugo Masse

Hugo Masse is an experienced production and process manager with a strong background in industrial performance within the insulation sector, currently serving as Production Manager, Process & Quality Manager, and Process Engineer for Knauf Insulation since September 2016. Hugo has effectively supported the operation of ten glass mineral wool sites, developed best practices, and managed production teams to enhance output and efficiency. Previously, as Production Manager at Knauf Exeed Insulation, Hugo oversaw two shifts with a workforce of 40, focusing on maximizing production and tracking KPIs. Earlier roles included Technical Support Engineer and Process Engineer at Knauf Insulation, where achievements included implementing data tracking applications and quality control systems. Hugo holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs and completed the Young Manager Program at IEDC - Bled School of Management.
