Syafikah Rahim

Syafikah Rahim is a Quality Control Executive at Knauf Insulation since April 2025, where responsibilities include monitoring quality across production stages using SPC tools and SQL, and validating testing data to enhance product quality and reduce customer complaints by 20%. Prior to this role, Syafikah served as a Senior Analytical Chemist at Top Glove from August 2019 to March 2025, ensuring compliance with quality policies and performing routine testing in the laboratory.
