Narelle Dransfield

Narelle Dransfield has extensive work experience in procurement and logistics. Narelle is currently the Head of Procurement Australia at Knauf Australia since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at BHP from 2018 to 2021, holding roles such as Superintendent Commercial, Product Movement & Shipping Compliance and Principal Logistics Commercial IROC+. Narelle also took a maternity leave from 2016 to 2018. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at BHP as Superintendent Category Management and Principal Strategic Sourcing, among other roles. Before joining BHP, Narelle worked at Cement Australia as a Procurement Specialist from 2007 to 2011. Narelle started their career at P&O Nedlloyd as a Trade Analyst from 2002 to 2006 and then worked as a National Pricing Coordinator at Panalpina from 1999 to 2002.

Narelle Dransfield completed their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Queensland between 1996 and 1998. Narelle then pursued a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Griffith University from 2011 to 2012. Later, from 2012 to 2014, Narelle completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Griffith University.
