Celina Mlodzick

Celina Mlodzick is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Business Controller at KNAW - Koninklijke Nederlandse Akademie van Wetenschappen since August 2023. Previously, Celina held the position of Business Controller at Rituals from June 2020 to May 2022 and worked as a Finance Manager at Parfums Christian Dior between June 2016 and March 2020, focusing on financial reporting, business analysis, and internal control practices. Prior to these roles, Celina completed a traineeship at the European Court of Auditors in 2015, conducted compliance and quality audits, and was involved in editorial work at Asset | Accounting & Finance. Celina began their career as a Staff Auditor at EY, performing various audits across public and private sectors. Academic achievements include a Master’s in Finance from Tilburg University and a Master’s in Accountancy and Control from the University of Amsterdam, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Nyenrode Business University.
