Fernanda Calazans

Fernanda Calazans has worked in the legal field since 2008. Fernanda began their career as a Lawyer/Solicitor at Teleperformance in 2008, where they analysed and drafted the company's partner and supplier contracts, amendments, and modifications to the ongoing contracts. Fernanda then moved to OCS Consultoria Empresarial as a Partner in 2011. From 2012 to 2019, they worked as a Legal Coordinator at Drogaria Onofre and RD. At Drogaria Onofre, they coordinated the legal structure of the company and drafted contracts, amendments, notifications, and reports. At RD, they oversaw the firm services such as litigation and consultancy of Civil, Commercial, Intellectual, Property and Penal Division and managed negotiations with third parties. Most recently, Fernanda has been a Legal Consultant at Estadão since 2019, providing legal advisory service for conducting commercial and contract negotiations, drafting internal policies, contracts of all levels of complexity, and managing lawsuits on matters related to brand protection and Intellectual Property. Fernanda's current role is Commercial Contracts Specialist at Kneat Solutions, which they began in 2022.

Fernanda Calazans has an extensive educational history. Fernanda obtained their Bachelor of Law from Universidade Paulista in 2008. Following that, they earned their Master's in Business Law from Escola Paulista de Direito in 2011, and their Master's in Contracts Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2016. Most recently, they obtained a Certificate in Data Protection and GDPR from City Colleges in 2022. Additionally, they are a Lawyer certified by OAB Nacional.
