Marshall Lockton

Marshall Lockton serves as a Partner/Chair at Knight Agency, an engagement agency focused on culture transformation and brand marketing, since October 2023. As Principal at Meraki Investments LLC since September 2022, Marshall prioritizes creating mutually beneficial connections between business owners and their advisors. In addition to leadership roles at Lockton Companies, where Marshall has been a Shareholder and Senior Vice President since December 2008, responsibilities have included overseeing new business initiatives and consulting globally to drive growth and innovation. Marshall also contributes as a Board Member for Big Brother Big Sister of Kansas City and the United Way of Greater Kansas City, and held a Senior Associate position at KPMG prior to these roles. Marshall holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in Public Policy from Duke University.
