Mark Barclay is currently the Head of Customer Service at Knight Dragon Ltd, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Mark served as the Head of Customer Experience at Ballymore, where responsibilities included managing customer liaison and overseeing the completions and handover strategy. Prior to that, Mark held roles at Berkeley Group Plc as Head of Customer Service, focusing on customer relations and aftercare, and at Battersea Power Station as Customer Care Manager, where Mark established a new customer service department. Mark began the career as an Aftercare Executive at Higgins Construction PLC. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Advertising from the University of Lincoln.
