Tom McNamara is a skilled surveyor with extensive experience in the property sector. Previous roles include a graduate surveyor position at Savills Ireland from September 2019 to December 2020, where engagement in transactions, valuations, and consultancy work focused on the hotel and leisure, as well as industrial and logistics sectors. Earlier experience includes a sales assistant role at Spirit Motor Group and part-time new homes sales assistant at DNG, supporting sales of new home developments. Tom's foundation in property economics and surveying was established at Technological University Dublin, where a degree was obtained from 2015 to 2019, complemented by an internship as a junior office surveyor at Savills Ireland.
