Caroline Downey

Caroline Downey is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in transformation and organization design. Currently serving as HR Interim for Transformation and Organisation Design at Knight Frank since September 2022, Caroline is focused on delivering organizational change and implementing a new operating model for the Marketing & Communications team. Previously, Caroline held the position of Country HR Director at ABN Amro Bank N.V., where responsibilities included leading the People and Culture agenda and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic direction. Caroline's earlier experience includes roles at Fortis Bank as Associate Director and LIFFE as a Human Resources Advisor. Caroline holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster.
