Charmaine Platt

Charmaine Platt is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Lead Human Resources Business Partner at Knight Frank since January 2019, Charmaine has also held positions as Associate Lead and Associate Human Resources Business Partner within the same organization. Prior to this, Charmaine was the Head of Human Resources at Select Fashion for a brief period in 2018 and spent over 15 years at Marks and Spencer in roles including Human Resources Manager and HR Administration Manager. Charmaine holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Roehampton and an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from Avado.
