Hudson Santos

Hudson Santos has over 20 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Hudson is currently the Global Director Strategic Products at Knight Therapeutics, responsible for developing strategies and executing key initiatives for various therapeutic areas. Previously, Hudson held roles such as Oncology Business Unit Director, CAR-T Cell Therapy Business Unit Country Head, Senior Director Regional Market Access Leader, and Director Strategic Marketing Hematology at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Prior to that, they have also worked as a Franchise Manager, Group Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Global Product Manager at various organizations such as Bayer and Roche. Hudson started their career as a Category Manager at Ahold, a supermarket chain.

Hudson Santos has a Pioneer degree in the field of Market Access from European Market Access University (2016-2017). Hudson also studied Digital Marketing at Rutgers University (2013) and Biopharma at Rutgers University (2009). In addition, they hold a Master's degree in Financial from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2001-2002) and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the same university (1994-1998). Hudson has also completed an Executive MBA program in Digital Marketing from Rutgers University and an Executive MBA program in Finance, General from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
