Joshua Rector

Joshua Rector is a highly experienced mechanical engineer currently serving as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton since October 2023. With a strong background in engineering and design, Joshua has held significant positions such as Research and Development Engineer at Knight's Armament Company and Design Engineer at Waterblasting Technologies and Mercury Tool & Machine. Prior experience includes a role as Manufacturing Engineer at Sikorsky Aircraft, focused on the UH-60 manufacturing line, and extensive experience as an Automotive Technician at Auto-Serv, where Joshua advanced through various roles to optimize shop productivity. A graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University, Joshua holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
