Mark O'Halloran

Mark O'Halloran is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law, sustainability, and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Partner at Knights since May 2025, Mark previously held prominent roles at EVBox, where responsibilities included Senior Legal Counsel for Sustainability & Supply and Senior Legal Counsel for Supply Chain. Prior to that, Mark was a Consultant focused on Net Zero Transition at iLaw and took a sabbatical with The 3 Rs. Mark's earlier career includes significant positions at Coffin Mew as Partner and Head of Commercial & IP Services, as well as roles at stevensdrake solicitors and Tokyo Electron Europe as General Counsel. Mark's educational background includes a Bar Vocational Course from the Inns of Court School of Law and an LLB (Hons) in English and European Laws from the University of Essex, complemented by studies at the University of Liège.
