Matt Avery has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Matt is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Knit | Designing Community since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at CEi Builders from August 2021 to December 2022. Matt also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Next Century Rebar and High Impact Sign & Design llc. from October 2018 to August 2021. Before that, they acted as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Dielco Crane Service, Inc. from August 2013 to October 2018. Matt's earlier experiences include being the Chief Financial Officer at Green Valley Grocery from June 2011 to July 2013, the VP of Finance at SPB Partners from March 2009 to June 2011, and the Vice President at Avencia Partners, LLC from May 2007 to September 2009. Matt also worked as a Controller at Century Trading & Transload from August 2007 to April 2008 and Bluko Information Group from May 2007 to August 2007, where they played integral roles in setting up accounting systems and implementing internal controls. Overall, Matt has a diverse range of experience in finance and has demonstrated strong leadership skills throughout their career.
Matt Avery obtained a Master of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University from 1993 to 1999, specializing in Accounting.
