Sarit Schube

Sarit Schube is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations, marketing, project management, and community development. Currently serving as a Business Operations specialist at Knit.ai since June 2025, Sarit focuses on problem-solving and project organization to drive results. Previous roles include Marketing Manager and Strategic Projects Manager at Groq, and Senior Project Manager at Cello Health Advantage Inc., where expertise was developed in data management, market research, and pharmaceutical client support. Experience also encompasses development management at Science is Elementary, business development and community relations at Figure8, and various medical project roles at Medical Action Communications. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Biological Sciences and Nutrition from UTHealth Houston and a Bachelor’s in Nutrition from The University of Texas at Austin.
