Previously, Amelia worked as a Super Mentor for Dealls – Jobs & Mentoring and held various roles such as Human Capital Coordinator at NAVA+ Group, where strategic HR analysis was conducted, and Talent Development Officer at Finansialku, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives. Amelia's early career includes roles in recruitment, asset management, and radio broadcasting, alongside a solid educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Asset Management from Politeknik Negeri Bandung.

The Knitto Group is an integrated premium textile manufacturing company with a network of fabric stores in major cities in Indonesia. Our company started as a small knitting factory with 8 knitting machines established in Bandung. Over time, our company has continued to grow and develop alongside our customers across Indonesia and overseas. In 2014, we opened our first fabric store in Bandung, introducing knitted fabric products. Currently, we have 5 retail stores located in Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya. Knitted fabric products are commonly used for t-shirt, polo shirt, and sweater products. Knitto provides different types of knitted fabrics such as Single Knit, Double Knit, Pique, Baby Terry, and Fleece. Various materials are available in our shop such as Combed Cotton, Carded Cotton, Bamboo Cotton, Modal Cotton, CVC, Slub Cotton, and Misty. In order to fulfill customer's needs, Knitto also provides fancy fabrics with unique colours and patterns. Our team moves towards the same goal, which is to become the best and foremost modern textile manufacturing and trading company in all regions in Indonesia.
