Alicia Olson

Alicia Olson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at KnitWell Group, a position held since October 2017, where leadership of HR and Talent Acquisition professionals is a key responsibility. Alicia has extensive experience in coaching senior leaders through restructuring and influencing innovative strategies within the organization. Previously, Alicia worked at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. from May 2013 to October 2017 in various HR roles, including Talent Management Specialist and HR Generalist, focusing on talent initiatives and human resource policies. Additional HR experience includes positions at Tween Brands and Principal Financial Group, emphasizing compliance, data management, and client support. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from The Ohio State University, obtained in 2004.
