Sarah Phelps

Sarah Phelps, CRRP, currently serves as the Director Of Real Estate for the Midwest and Canada at KnitWell Group, where Sarah oversees lease negotiations and landlord relationships for a portfolio of over 1,600 retail locations associated with prominent brands generating more than $4 billion in sales. Previous experience includes roles as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Baird & Warner and Manager of Business Development/Leasing at Centennial. Sarah's career also features positions at Brookfield Properties Retail and GGP, where responsibilities included managing leasing operations and mentoring staff. Notably, during tenure at Simon Property Group, Sarah negotiated lease agreements for Woodfield Mall and regional shopping centers. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Illinois University, alongside studies at Eastern Illinois University and College of DuPage.
