Kevin Rogers is an accomplished retail operations leader with extensive experience in multiple high-profile companies. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Operations at Knix since May 2024, Kevin previously held the role of Director of Store Operations North America at The Body Shop from March 2014 to May 2024. Prior to this, Kevin worked as a District Manager at Bath & Body Works from June 2008 to March 2014, where a focus on customer service and adherence to company values led to significant sales growth. Earlier career highlights include serving as General Manager at Old Navy from June 2005 to June 2008, overseeing a large team, and as Sales Manager at Best Buy Canada from 2002 to 2005, opening the first wave of stores and managing a substantial sales business.
