Ron Stone

Ron Stone is Chief Financial Officer at Kno2. He oversees the capital structure of the company, leads the economic strategy and forecasting, and is responsible for presenting and reporting accurate and timely historical financial information of the company to officers, board members and investors.

Ron brings nearly 20 years of financial statement management, capital management, financial, accounting and operational expertise to Kno2. He is recognized for his talents in capital advisory, corporate financial management, bankruptcy and restructuring consulting, healthcare industry consulting, and real estate acquisition underwriting. Ron’s financial experiences have taken him from the CFO of a boutique private equity firm, CFO of an Arizona Homebuilding Company ($100 million plus in revenues) and vice president of finance for a national capital company that managed institution pension funds.
