Natalee Ouzts

Natalee Ouzts has a diverse background in UX design and customer service. Natalee most recently worked at Knock as a UX Designer, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Hallmark Cards as a UX Designer from 2021 to 2021. Natalee also gained experience at Hallmark Labs, where they held multiple positions including UX Designer from 2019 to 2020, Associate UX Designer from 2018 to 2019, and Jr. UX Designer from 2017 to 2018. Natalee'swork at Nordstrom as a Sales Associate from 2016 to 2017 helped improve their communication skills and product knowledge. In 2016, Natalee participated in a HCDE Senior Capstone Project, where they worked as a UX Designer on a team that created an interactive lunchbox and application called BenTogether. Natalee also worked as a UX Consultant at Adaptive Technologies Group in 2016, helping improve the usability of a website. Prior to that, they served as a UX Researcher in the HCDE Directed Research Group, conducting research on triggers and notifications in health and fitness applications in 2015. Natalee has also gained customer service experience through roles at UW Office of Annual Giving as a Student Caller from 2015 to 2015 and at the UW Bookstore as a Seasonal Employee from 2014 to 2015. Natalee began their work experience as a Retail Assistant at Bella Anya in 2013.

Natalee Ouzts attended the University of Washington from 2013 to 2017, majoring in Human Centered Design and Engineering with a focus on Human Computer Interaction.
